Tamarind Paste is a rich, tangy-sweet concentrate made from the pulp of sun-ripened tamarind pods (Tamarindus indica). Known for its bold, complex flavor profile—sweet, sour, and slightly fruity—this versatile ingredient is essential in a wide range of global cuisines, from Indian and Thai to Middle Eastern and Latin American dishes.

Our tamarind is sourced directly from tribal and smallholder farmers in India, particularly from organic-certified groves. These tamarind trees grow wild or semi-wild and are organically cultivated without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. The pulp is extracted, processed, and converted into paste under strict hygiene and food safety standards, retaining the natural color, aroma, and taste of the raw fruit.
